Thank you so much for your kindness in showing us around Hahoe.  We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in your nephew's house.  It was quite an experience for me!  I visited your homepage and saw the pictures of President and Mrs. Bush, that are very impressive and I'm sure that they enjoyed their visit to Hahoe very much.  I also saw the pictures of Queen Elizabeth, I was so surprised that she took her shoes off!!  The children enjoyed the Mask Museum very much, they loved making their own mask.  I liked the museum because it is such a good collection of masks from all over the world! I have lived in Papua New Guinea and Nigeria, Africa so I enjoyed seeing the masks from those countries as well as the masks from Korea!  The paper factory was very interesting and the children loved making their own paper and also had a lesson with a great teacher to use the hanji to cover a mirror.  It is an experience they will never forget.

Mr. Ryu, I hope to write a short article for our local foreigner's magazine, FLIK (Foreigner's Living in Korea) published by Hyundai Heavy Industries here in Ulsan, about our trip to Hahoe.  Would it be alright for me to mention you and that you could be contacted for information on staying in the village.
